Our weekly classes are designed to support your health, wellbeing, and balance from movement and mindfulness to restorative therapies. Please remember to book directly with the practitioner running your chosen class to confirm your place and receive booking details.
All practitioners in our studio are independent and self-employed, so each manages their own schedule and payments.
Looking for something outside the weekly timetable? Many of our practitioners offer additional treatments, private sessions, and workshops that can be arranged separately.
