Hi I'm Carole Holmes and I'm a Dru Yoga, instructor

I was a Nursery nurse for a number of years and after a brief spell abroad with my husband's work, fancied a change of direction so trained as a Specialist Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga in 2016.

I taught classes in and around Buckie and decided to deepen my knowledge by completing Dru Yoga Teacher training in 2024, 1 now teach Dru as it is inclusive for everyone and takes you much deeper than just the physical postures, we aid our movement with the breath, then add in feelings, emotions, visualisations, meditation & relaxation.

I continue my learning by adding courses in Back care & Wellbeing, Ayurveda, & hoping to start Yoga Nidra soon.
